Since 2002, RTA Laboratuvarları has been producing in vitro diagnostic kits and microbiology control products. Over the years, RTA Laboratuvarları has been improving its production processes, increasing its product range and making new investments in this direction by using its growing experience and following the developing technology and standards.
Production areas constitute 1500 m2 of the 3750 m2 closed area located in Gebze Plastikçiler Organized Industrial Zone. A large part of these areas, where sterile microbiology products and PCR kits are produced, constitute controlled and clean production areas with special equipment to keep product quality and safety at the highest level. These clean areas, which are operated in accordance with ISO 6 and ISO 7 Clean Room Standards, are supported by air conditioning plants and clean air units, and environmental controls are carried out and reported daily.
Automated production lines significantly reduce the need for human intervention, ensuring consistent product quality and standardization. They also enable a substantial increase in production capacity. With an annual output of 20 million petri dishes—each filled, packaged, and labeled entirely by automation—customer demands can be met promptly and efficiently.
In accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards, all processes including raw material procurement, production, quality control, storage, equipment maintenance and calibration, and personnel training are strictly monitored and controlled.
