RTA Total Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit is a magnetic bead-based kit for high quality purification of patoejn nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from a wide range of human body samples including blood, serum, plasma, urine, cell culture, cerebrospinal fluid, nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, sputum, tissue, stool.
This kit is designed for use in BioGerm automated nucleic acid extraction devices. 16 samples can be run simultaneously in ready-to-use plates, as well as cartridge models that allow a smaller number of samples or a single sample to be run.
The resulting nucleic acids are suitable for use in various molecular methods such as Real-Time PCR, biochip analysis, next generation sequencing.

RTA Genomic DNA Isolation Kit from Yeast is designed for high-throughput DNA isolation from many different yeast species such as Candida, Saccharomyces, Pichia, and Schizosaccharomyces. In contrast to DNA isolation protocols from human cells or viruses, genomic DNA isolation from yeast cells is usually either very time-consuming or inefficient. The strong cell wall of the yeast cell must be lysed by lyticase or zymolase enzymes prior to DNA isolation. The resulting spheroplasts make it very easy to lyse the yeast cell and release the DNA.
